When you want rich, chewy All-American cookies, our line-up will fill the need, from Chocolate Chip Cookies bursting with chocolate flavor, to our famous Molasses Chews. We use natural flavors and quality ingredients to deliver the best! Available full size, half-size, and individually-wrapped.

Individual Desserts
Each dessert, from Angel Food Cake to Bars, is individually-portioned, ready to create plated desserts with your added garnishes.

Breads
We offer a varied selection of breads, to meet your various foodservice requirements. Dinner rolls in a variety of flavors, Baguette loaves plain or seeded, French Bread perfect for garlic bread, Herb Foccacia in half-sheet form, either whole, or pre-sliced horizontally for making Panini sandwiches, Sourdough rounds, and breakfast breads.

Coffeecakes and Tea Loaves
Using only scratch formulations, our quickbread loaves are quite simply incomparable, moist and packed with intense, natural flavors. All the large loaves arrive pre-sliced for 8 servings. The spicy Pumpkin Bread is chock-full of raisins and walnuts. Our Lemon Poundcake is glazed all over the tops with Lemon Icing, and the fragrance of our Banana Bread tells you ~ real fruit and lots of it in every bite!

The tea quickbread loaves are also available in small loaves, unsliced, perfect for catering or parties.

Croissants
All-butter croissants, formed by hand. Try the simple goodness of the Butter Croissant in full-size or half-size. We also make fruit-filled, either raspberry or apple.

Danishes
We make our own buttery, tender danish dough and form it into a range of both classic and innovative morning pastries - Apple, Cherry or Cheese danishes, and one of the most tender, decadent Cinnamon Rolls in town, lavishly iced. Both Cinnamon Rolls and Filled Danishes are available in both full-size and half-size versions.

Muffins
Begin your day with our Blueberry Muffin scented with lemon and topped with streusel, or choose another flavor from our line-up which includes the ever-popular Low-fat Marionberry Muffin, moist with berries and yogurt. Seasonal favorites are offered throughout the year in addition to the regular flavors such as Honey Bran and Carrot. For your convenience, you'll find that most are available both full and half-size too.

Scones
Schwartz Brothers is justly famous for our scones, we have made our reputation for delivering tender, moist texture and dynamite flavors 364 days a year, freshly-baked. Our Cinnamon Chip and Pumpkin Scones are rich, spicy and made irresistible by hand-icing the tops with fondant. Both full and half-sized portions on our scones allow you to choose the pack-size that fits the bill for any occasion. Also, look for seasonal specials to be available as limited-time offerings.
