Cinnamon Rolls

We’ve always thought of cinnamon rolls as comfort food—the kind of soft, sweet treats that remind us of childhood weekend mornings and getting to "help" our parents in the kitchen. We use the same recipe that our mom did back then, with tender, sweet dough swirled with cinnamon. Cream cheese icing was a favorite, but we always loved maple and classic vanilla icing, too.
