About UsHistorySchwartz Brothers Bakery was originally created in 1973 to provide Schwartz Brothers restaurants with high quality desserts. In 1990 the bakery began providing pastries to local coffee shops. The bakery moved from a downtown restaurant catering location to its current production facility in the industrial district in 1994. Schwartz Brothers Bakery Vancouver opened in November 1999 in Vancouver, Washington and serves the Portland/Vancouver market. Schwartz Brothers currently owns and operates a number of full service restaurants and food service companies primarily in the greater Seattle area. These include Daniel's Broiler Prime Steaks and Chops in Bellevue, Leschi, and South Lake Union, as well as Chandler's Crabhouse, Spazzo Italian Grill & Wine Bar, Revolution Bar and Grill, Daniel's Catering, Gretchen's Shoebox Express, Schwartz Brothers Bakery, and Schwartz Brothers Bakery Vancouver. |
